I have not spoken to you for quite some time. You must have also realized that we are not being giving out any official statements.

I am speaking to you from your company's Singapore office.

Do you know why we are not answering or giving out statements. Only because many of our matters are pending before the courts.... to give statements when the matter is sub judice, is nothing short of interferences in the legal process...

But over the last 2-3 days the reports that I have read in Mumbai mirror, Times of India and on the blog behind mlm.... these reports were the height of false allegations against the company. That is why it was necessary and most important for me to talk to u and put forth before u the truth. I wish to answer each of the allegations against the company, against me and against all of us.

Speak Asia Mediation Process ended 19/12/2011

दिल खुशियाँ मनाना चाहता है, लेकिन मन की सलाह है कुछ संयम दिखाने का जबतक माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा अंतिम फैसले की घोषणा नहीं होती है. माननीय न्यायमूर्ति श्री आर सी लाहोटी जी ने अपनी मध्यस्थता प्रक्रिया, कल यानी 19 दिसंबर 2011.को पूरा किया.

अब यह स्पष्ट है कि सभी उत्तरदाताओं ने, हाथ न आने वाले EOW सहित, माननीय मध्यस्थ के समक्ष उपस्थिति दर्ज की है. माननीय न्यायमूर्ति श्री लाहोटी जी जल्द ही अपनी रिपोर्ट सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दर्ज करेंगे, और मामला जनवरी 2012 की शुरुआत में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के समक्ष सुनवाई के लिए आना चाहिए.

मैं सभी Speakasians का ध्यान आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ कि, हालांकि बात हमारे पक्ष में सकारात्मक बढ़ रही है,राहत या भुगतान, जैसे विभिन्न मंचों पर फैलाया जा रहा है, बिल्कुल गलत और बेबुनियाद है. वेबसाइट और भुगतान 28 दिसंबर 2011, से पहले शुरू नहीं होने वाले हैं, इत्यादि, जैसे विभिन्न मंचों पर बताया जा रहा है. यह सब निश्चित रूप से होगा , लेकिन मामला माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा सुनकर और आखिरकार आदेश देने के बाद.

Speak Asia 28th November Meeting

Friends there is no special news about the meeting. Following is the info that we all got:

The much awaited mediation meeting under the chairmanship of honorable retd. chief justice started today at the mediation center in New Delhi.

As per the news which we got from the officials of the SAOL, Mr. R. C. Lahoti had listened all points carefully and issued further notices to all concerned departments. Advocate Mr. Rajiv from panelists side, Adovocate Mr. Abdi from the Company side and advocates from RBI only were present there. No other department officials were present there. All the advocates of SAOL are satisfied from todays proceedings and outcome of todays meeting. All other departments got notices from Mr. Lahoti.

The meeting is not yet concluded and will be continued for some more sessions in couple of days. As and when we'll get the update of the meeting we'll keep you all posted.

On 21st Nov 2011 All authorities have to be present in front of The New Committee and Justice Lohati Ji will look into the whole matter and will startup the payments asap...

Updates 17/10/2011

the events in supreme court happens as follows:

1. The Panelists PIL in supreme court said the first point that all the accounts those are siezed by AP CID, be transfered under Ho'ble Supreme court of india....which our Hon'ble judge agreed and ordered for the same.

2. Panelists PIL asked for the commetee to me made headed by retired Supreme court judge for desbusement of funds to panelists, and... Supreme court agreed for that too. and formed a commetee headed by retd Judge Justice Lahoti. along with EOW and Income tax to look after the issue of disbursement of funds

3. SAOL said to Hon'ble Court that Site and data base is under EOW, so, Honable court has ordered SCI to submit report to SCI about site in 2 weeks and return site to the SAOL in two weeks.

4. Next hearing is on 20th october, its regarding SAOL way to deburse funds to panelists.

SPEAKASIA WELL PREPARED TO HEAR GOOD NEWS ON MONDAY

First of all i would like draw your attention about the most awaited hearing of supreme court .Which is expected to be happen at 17 October .There are many question that comes in the minds of every speakasian what will happen on that day will spekasian get another day for waiting .As all of us are waiting for last few weeks a day of hearing come and went away due to some suspicious activities .Like sometimes judge get transferred and sometime judge were not able to present in court. All these thing just which have had happen in the past had let some worry about what will happen at 17 October will speakasia get a new date . In order to understand what can happen at Supreme Court we must know something briefly which are going in the back side of speakasia .means there are many thing happening behind the scenes.

1. As we all know that speakasia had have a meeitng with rbi and no one knows what had happen in that meeting but it is sure that rbi had agreed on the business model of speaksia. and hence they have guided speakasia how to resolve this issue legally so rbi had advised speakasia to show there fact full evidence to agency which actually watch the fema acts that is called as ED (enforcement directorate) and the meeting with ED had happen and till today the meeting was successful so in other words the payment procedure can also start with the clean chit from rbi or ed .

2. Now we will discuss about the supreme court hearing Which is at 17th October .One PIL was Filed by some senior panellist In Delhi Supreme Court:
SOLOMON JEMES & & ORS: WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NO. 383 of 2011 " Supreme Court of India " Filled on 9 September, 2011 its Hearing will Be Now on this pil was filed by some senior panellist the main prayer in this pil was to get the money back which speakasia promises to give us back .And the main point in this is at 9 sep this pil was filed and at that day a summons were send to rbi ,finance ministry, and speakasia .
and they have been asked to reply what is the reason behind not getting payment .And till today only speakasia was able to reply to supreme court and all others haven't filed their reply yet but this is not a matter of concern the main matter comes now at 12 October there was a hearing in supreme court to propend the dates of hearing and in that hearing petitioners lawyer have strongly argued with lots of facts and hence supreme court had passed another verdict in which supreme court had given final chance to rbi to give there reply. if rbi able to file reply till Monday then its good otherwise supreme court intention is very clear .If rbi not take action then supreme court will pass a favourable judgement in favour of panellist .

In short we must wait for Monday two thing can happen may be rbi can give a gateway to speakasia to release payment to panellist otherwise the supreme court definitely will give a decision in favour of panellist so just hold your breath till Monday we will win for sure . The good news will definitely will come.

Similar Story of Amway like SpeakAsia

I guess many of you are already aware about Amway. It was the first international MLM company to hit Indian market. I am not comparing Amway with Speak Asia in any way as the business model is different in both the companies. I am just bringing the fact that Amway has already gone through the scenario which Speak Asia is facing today.
Multi Level Marketing is a legal business not only in India but abroad as well. But the fact is that people are not aware of its working concepts.
Amway was first to hit Indian market some 13 years ago (I guess) and it is still in the market.
Amway has several times been accused of being a pyramid scheme. A 1979 FTC investigation in the United States, a 1997 Belgian court and a 2008 court judgement in the United Kingdom all dismissed these claims.
In September 2006, following a public complaint, Andhra Pradesh state police (CID) (Most of the complaints are in this state I guess) initiated raids and seizures against Amway distributors in the state, and submitted a petition against them, claiming the company violated the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (banning) Act. They shut down all offices of firm Amway, and Arijit Saha writes that “with it the fate of 80,000 distributors of the company has been indefinitely sealed“. – Source (Wikipedia)
The same is happening with Speak Asia at the moment.I don’t want to comment whether the company is right or wrong but the fact is that the fate of 2 million Speak Asia panelists has been sealed.
Govt. or Court should give these kind of cases to “Fast Track Courts” so that the judgement may come bit early. People are desperate with no clue whatsoever regarding the cases and proceedings. Every Speak Asia Panelist wants company to start its operations as soon as possible but the fate of the company is in the hands of Govt and Court.
If for any reason, company fails to satisfy the RBI, no doubt the business will be closed but if it satisfy the RBI, chances are that the company may start its operations in India again.
The only person crushed in between the Govt and the Company is the “Panelist” of Speak Asia.

SpeakAsia will Start Again in Bangladesh

Speak Asia Bangladesh Ltd. have been completed their registration in Bangladesh. And they also hopeful that they will run in Bangladesh in from month's first week. There are also two new offices in Bangladesh. The branch office in Mirpur 12, and the head office is in Banani.

We have visited the branch office which situated in Mirpur 12. It is about 2,000 - 3,000 Sqfts. and it is decoration also completed. And other hand the the head office is in Banani is also opening soon. So this is a big hope for Speak Asia Bangladeshi Panelist.

The management said their operation will be start from next 3rd October or 7th October 2011. Every Panelist will get payout from bank directly. 

We have confirmed by SPEAK ASIA BANGLADESH that SPEAK ASIA ONLINE come back in next month first week and they already setup twice office in Dhaka, also the get the registration and business permit-ion from Bangladesh government.

So it is time to wait more 10 days to see what they are going to do. The new website address maybe Speakasiaonline.bd / speakasiabangladesh.com / speakbangladeshonline.com etc.

While returning home from an important meeting with the Associations Advocates I was working out this update in my mind and I had made up my mind on updating all the panelists about the current position viz a viz various legal matters.

I read this saying posted on the message board of the very famous and pious St. Michaels Church, Mahim.

SpeakAsia Updates- 24/08/2011

Dear Speak Asians,
As you all know that today(24th august 2011) was a hearing on PIL submitted by AISPA so these are the updates of the same as follows
1. Hon High Court ordered to RBI, MCA and ROC to submit there report in 14 day this is a good news for us.
2. RBI have to Answer that Why they freeze the Account of SpeakAsia and if they Will not give the suitable answer than RBI have to unfreeze the Account of SAOL and have
to give permission to pay the panelists.
3. The Hon high court ordered EOW to submit there final report of investigation in 10days,
4.The next hearing date is 7th SEP
So be positive, result will be in our favor.

The Reason For Which SpeakAsia Website Is Down.

As we all know SpeakAsia website is not working from some days. And same was occured many times before and fixed also. So there is no big deal in it. SpeakAsia website is still now under control of  EOW. SpeakAsia team will definately fix this, if EOW allows them to do.

These errors comes due to

    Backup DataBase
    Detach DataBase
    Rename Log file
    Attach DataBase
    New log file will be recreated
    Delete Renamed Log file.

As on Today(23rd August' 2011) There was a hearing in Thane court. Here are the updates for the case

And granted Judicial Custody for next two days…
And the BAIL application has been accepted by the court…
Now on 25th August(Thursday) ,
Proceedings regarding BAIL will be HEARD in the court…
HOPE to Release of TARAK JI on that very day..As per news further police custody of meera road police station has been rejected by judge , judicial custody has been granted , bail request is in progress.
