I have not spoken to you for quite some time. You must have also realized that we are not being giving out any official statements.

I am speaking to you from your company's Singapore office.

Do you know why we are not answering or giving out statements. Only because many of our matters are pending before the courts.... to give statements when the matter is sub judice, is nothing short of interferences in the legal process...

But over the last 2-3 days the reports that I have read in Mumbai mirror, Times of India and on the blog behind mlm.... these reports were the height of false allegations against the company. That is why it was necessary and most important for me to talk to u and put forth before u the truth. I wish to answer each of the allegations against the company, against me and against all of us.

दिल खुशियाँ मनाना चाहता है, लेकिन मन की सलाह है कुछ संयम दिखाने का जबतक माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा अंतिम फैसले की घोषणा नहीं होती है. माननीय न्यायमूर्ति श्री आर सी लाहोटी जी ने अपनी मध्यस्थता प्रक्रिया, कल यानी 19 दिसंबर 2011.को पूरा किया.

अब यह स्पष्ट है कि सभी उत्तरदाताओं ने, हाथ न आने वाले EOW सहित, माननीय मध्यस्थ के समक्ष उपस्थिति दर्ज की है. माननीय न्यायमूर्ति श्री लाहोटी जी जल्द ही अपनी रिपोर्ट सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दर्ज करेंगे, और मामला जनवरी 2012 की शुरुआत में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के समक्ष सुनवाई के लिए आना चाहिए.

मैं सभी Speakasians का ध्यान आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ कि, हालांकि बात हमारे पक्ष में सकारात्मक बढ़ रही है,राहत या भुगतान, जैसे विभिन्न मंचों पर फैलाया जा रहा है, बिल्कुल गलत और बेबुनियाद है. वेबसाइट और भुगतान 28 दिसंबर 2011, से पहले शुरू नहीं होने वाले हैं, इत्यादि, जैसे विभिन्न मंचों पर बताया जा रहा है. यह सब निश्चित रूप से होगा , लेकिन मामला माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा सुनकर और आखिरकार आदेश देने के बाद.
